Calculator-first
Every listing has a mortgage scenario, closing-cost estimate, and affordability check inline. The math comes with the photos, not after.
Editorial honesty
If a listing is overpriced, the page will say so. If a market is cooling, we’ll show the chart. We make money from agent subscriptions — not from inflating prices.
