How do I cancel my account?
Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete account. Your account and personal data are removed within 24 hours, except for records we’re legally required to retain.
An agent contacted me and I didn’t sign up for that
Agents only receive your contact info when you submit a listing enquiry. If you believe this was misuse, email privacy@hously.ca and we’ll investigate within 5 business days.
A listing looks wrong — wrong price, missing photos
Use the "Report this listing" link on the listing page. Most listings are sourced from CREA’s DDF and re-sync every 15 minutes. We’ll investigate within 24 hours.
I’m a journalist on a deadline
Email press@hously.ca with your outlet and deadline. We respond to news requests within 2 hours during business hours.
I want to license your data
We license our market-data API for research, journalism, and fintech use cases. Email sales@hously.ca with your use case.
